Step inside and feel instantly at home. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans, ideal for restful naps and peaceful nights. There are two modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, and refreshing outdoor showers that are perfect after a warm day in the bush.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances such as a gas stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine and microwave. There’s also a separate utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, everything parents appreciate when traveling with kids.

Travel light: a baby cot, high chair, baby carrier and stroller are ready and waiting, so you don’t have to bring your own gear. With excellent fiber WiFi throughout the villa and terrace, staying connected or streaming your kids’ favorite shows is effortless.

The heart of the villa is its bright, social living space with a large dining table indoors and another on the terrace, perfect for long, relaxed family meals. The outside area is a true highlight: a private heated pool where kids can splash around, a traditional South African braai (BBQ) and a beautifully situated boma firepit that’s perfect for storytelling under the stars.

You’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the Drakensberg mountains. The villa layout offers privacy between the main bedroom and guest rooms, making it ideal for families.

Villa Uthando is build in 2023 and is located on 10,000 m2 of private land, offers a lot of privacy and has breathtaking views of the Drakensberg Mountains.

Uthando is an important word in several African languages – it means love, affection and the feeling of belonging. After traveling extensively throughout South Africa, this was exactly the feeling the owners have with Hoedspruit and Zandspruit – belonging. For them, Uthando means the love for South Africa, the friendly people, the overwhelming beauty of nature and the magnificent animals. Out of all the incredible wildlife in this Greater Kruger area, the elephants are their favorites, so that is why this majestic animal is reflected in the logo of this villa.

The villa has been decorated with great care. Luxury and comfort, the use of natural materials and sustainability are central to this. The color scheme has been chosen in such a way that it fits perfectly into the environment of the African bush. The villa has a very spacious living room with double glass sliding door and mountain view and is equipped with a lovely lounge sofa and spacious dining room table. A Smart TV and Sonos are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooking island, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is also fully equipped, there is a wide variety of cooking utensils and crockery to cook a deliciously meal in the villa. In the utility room, in addition to a washing machine and dryer, there is also an American fridge with ice cube machine.

In such a beautiful environment you want to spend as much time outside as possible. The partially covered terrace offers a ccomfortable lounge area and a large dining table. From the terrace you direct access to the spacious, heated private pool. The pool offers seating to enjoy the breathtaking view in the sun. The terrace also offers lovely sun loungers.

Adjacent to the terrace you will find a spacious, boma with comfortable cushions. This is the perfect place to end the day. You can enjoy cocktails, dream away at the sunset, make a campfire or enjoy a traditional braai.

Two of the three bedrooms each have a kingsize bed and with the large sliding glass doors you have direct access to the terrace but also a fantastic view of the Drakensberg, a beautiful way to wake up! The third bedroom has 2 boxspring beds. These can be used separately, or directly next to each other. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, a make-up table/desk and a fully equipped ensuite bathroom including toilet. In addition, each bathroom also has a wonderful luxury outdoor shower.

All Homes of Africa holiday villas are located on Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate (Hoedspruit, Limpopo), an area of 1000 hectares of pristine and beautiful South African bush where only guests and residents of Zandspruit Estate have free access. There are harmless wild animals on Zandspruit Estate, so it is possible that you come face to face with a zebra or giraffe during a walking safari. So you can go on a game drive in your own backyard! In addition, it often happens that the animals come to take a look at the houses or even take a sip from the swimming pool.

Within 10 minutes you are in the pleasant village of Hoedspruit with several fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and shops. In the vicinity you can enjoy game drives, the Panorama route and the Kruger Park.
