With 3 bedrooms and space for up to 4 guests, Villa Blaaskans makes your holiday both comfortable and unforgettable, whether it's a family getaway or a quiet retreat for two or four. Set in the best location on the estate, the villa enjoys magnificent, open views across the mountains, unobstructed and uninterrupted, that you won't find anywhere else on the property.
Step inside and feel instantly at home. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans, ideal for restful naps, quiet evenings, or peaceful nights. The main bedroom is positioned in its own wing, well separated from the other bedrooms, giving couples a real sense of privacy and distance. There are two modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, and refreshing outdoor showers that are perfect after a warm day in the bush.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances such as a gas stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine and microwave. There's also a separate utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
For families, a baby cot, high chair, baby carrier and stroller are ready and waiting, so you don't have to bring your own gear, and the children's room, complete with bunk beds and toys, is tucked away in its own wing and can be closed off with its own door for extra privacy. Couples travelling without kids can simply leave this room shut and enjoy the rest of the villa, and their own separate wing, as a calm, private hideaway surrounded by nature. With a recent restyle this villa now boasts a refreshing African flair that all our guests enjoy.
Known for its spacious living room that provides a cheerful atmosphere, you can enjoy the afternoon being spoiled by the interior of this space. The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances one may need including a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, American fridge with ice maker and cold water tap, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and a toaster. In the pantry are the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Catering for six guests all three bedrooms have been decorated with an eye for detail creating a space for rest and relaxation at the end of a full day in the wild. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, separate toilet, and outdoor shower. The other two spacious bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower, toilet, and outdoor shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning, equipped with a “Quiet” mode, which guarantees a cool and peaceful night. In addition, there are fans in every bedroom
Step out onto the terrace of which is partly covered to provide shade on the warmer sunny days in South Africa, your private heated swimming pool awaits where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the regularly passing of the resident non-dangerous, wild animals such as giraffes, nyalas, impalas, warthogs, and zebras. There is excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terrace. With a VPN on your laptop and the available HDMI cable, you can watch all local TV programmes you want. You play music on the JBL Bluetooth speaker.
The evenings are the perfect opportunity to make use of the traditional boma, set out under the African sky to enjoy with a glass of wine as you discuss the days excitement. Alternatively, the outdoor dining set makes for a wonderful social place.

As a new addition to the Homes of Africa collection, having been only completed in 2021, Villa Vlerke is an extraordinary luxury 3-bedroom villa that caters spaciously for 6 guests. With the African flair that runs smoothly and elegantly through the living space, filtering beautiful into all 3 bedrooms, it’s natural to feel the sense of being closer to the wild than you imagined. Waking up here in the morning with the sound of the birds in the trees, regularly seeing non-dangerous wild animals, combined with the beautiful views, make this place unique! A backup battery is recently installed to avoid South African power outages.
The living space is fitted with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen tv as well as a dinning set to be enjoyed for those late board game evenings in the cooler evenings. The living space opens beautifully onto the patio creating an unlimited amount of space for your enjoyment.
The luxury kitchen is fitted with two ovens, one of which is combined with a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and an American fridge that provides you with ice cubes. The kitchen has a large sliding window with an extra sun terrace for the sometimes-cooler mornings and is open plan to the living space.
This house has 3 spacious bedrooms that are styled beautifully in natural pantones that complement the exterior. There is 2 bathrooms that include luxury outdoor showers to enjoy after a dip in the pool or in the evening under the African sky. One of the bathrooms is ensuite and equipped with a bath to soak in after a day of excitement. In addition, the house has a separate office with air conditioning.
Step outdoors and you are greeted by the villa being surrounded by trees, the partially covered terrace holds a dinning area aswell as comfortable couches to sit and enjoy the sunset at the end of each day. The private heated swimming pool with a martini step is inviting should you wish to spend your days in the pool while enjoying a Weber BBQ.
