Villa Tsakani was completed in 2019 and is situated on a very spacious private plot of over two hectares, so that privacy is optimally guaranteed. In this modern bush villa, concrete, glass and steel are insanely combined, creating a stylish, light and modern villa. Besides all of this Villa Tsakani offers a full back-up power system (in case of loadshedding)and an extra large heated swimming pool.
With a living area of no less than 280 square meters, this villa is very spacious. Villa Tsakani has an indoor and outdoor dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious and beautifully furnished sleeping suites, each with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, an indoor and outdoor fireplace and a heated private swimming pool. Villa Tsakani is located on a large plot, the large living space in combination with the two separate sleeping wings guarantee absolute privacy in and around the home.

The utility room has two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, ice machine, washing machine and dryer. In addition, the house has a pantry, a yard, a double garage and a carport.
The villa has three spacious (master) suites with air conditioning (hot and cold) for a total of 6 people. The beds are selected with care and sleep fantastic. Each suite has an ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and double sinks. Two bathrooms also have a bathtub.
The ultimate outdoor living is guaranteed in Villa Tsakani by the spacious covered patio with lounge area, a dining table for 6 people, fireplace / barbeque, the spacious deck and a heated swimming pool with 6 sun beds.
